Dopo anni in cui ci trovavamo bene, dal 2015 ha iniziato a cambiare con una palese perdita sulla qualità degli interventi, e soprattutto sulla correttezza verso i clienti. Lamentavo dolore da mesi e non mi ha mai fatto una lastra fino a quando ormai il dente era da devitalizare, e ha dovuto mettere un ponte..(casualità?). Non ha erogato cure che aveva messo nel preventivo pagato dalla nostra assicurazione, anche di fronte ha nostre ripetute rimostranze. Disattento anche nell'uso dei medicinali(più di una volta ho dovuto feermare la mano per anestesia con morfina che non posso usare.) Da tempo lo studio va male e la penuria di pazienti purtroppo l'ha cambiato molto nei modi di cura a risparmio e nel nostro caso anche con.la correttezza. Siamo rimasti scandalizzati Dentist who I strongly advise against. Un ottimo punto di riferimento in zona!! I dottori Antonio e Matteo riescono ogni volta ad aiutarmi, con la loro pazienza, a superare le grandi difficoltà che ho nel sopportare le cure dentali, così come Silvia, essenziale assistente, che con garbo ed ironia ha da subito capito come aiutarmi a gestire la mia “fobia”. E Monica con grande efficienza e gentilezza riesce sempre a trovarmi uno spazio nelle risicate disponibilità che fornisco per gli appuntamenti. Un’équipe davvero straordinaria in uno studio dove si usano le attrezzature più all’avanguardia, tra cui ho particolarmente apprezzato l’apparecchiatura per prendere l’impronta dentale con tecnologia digitale, che ha sostituito il vecchio metodo con piastra ed impasto che, almeno per me, era davvero insopportabile. A truly extraordinary team in a studio where the most advanced equipment is used, among which I particularly appreciated the equipment for taking dental impressions with digital technology, which replaced the old method with plate and dough which, at least for me, it was really unbearable.
