Poche settimane dopo sono andato in un altro studio dove mi è stato consigliato di rifare nuovamente la pulizia perché non fatta bene. Non ho trovato professionalità in quanto non mi sono stati spiegati nel dettaglio i miei problemi e le cure che avrei dovuto fare se non in modo frettoloso. Non consiglio. I did a test teeth cleaning in search of my new dentist. A few weeks later I went to another studio where I was advised to do the cleaning again because it was not done well. I did not find professionalism as my problems and the treatments that I would have had to do if not in a hurried way were not explained to me in detail. I do not recommend.

Andato da altri professionisti ma non hanno risolto il mio problema odontoiatrico....solo il Dr Tognoni è stato in grado di risolverlo. Il miglior dentista dell'isola. CONSIGLIATISSIMO !! Pur abitando in Brianza andiamo appositamente a Milano da lui, dato che ci troviamo benissimo. Anche il suo staff composto da Alba e Cinzia è semplicemente eccezionale !!! For years now both husband and I have been going to Doctor Tognoni: professionalism, courtesy and seriousness distinguish him. Even though we live in Brianza, we specially go to his place in Milan, since we are very happy. Even his staff made up of Alba and Cinzia is simply exceptional !!!

Devo dire che è uno dei rarissimi casi in cui all'elevata professionalità e competenza si unisce empatia, pazienza estrema verso persone terrorizzate dal dentista come me, e capacità di tranquillizzare. In questo studio dentistico ho affrontato l'estrazione di due denti del giudizio... E non ho che parole di gratitudine per come sono stata seguita prima e dopo gli interventi e per come sia stato tutto eseguito nel migliore dei modi! Grazie, grazie, grazie! Awesome! I must say that it is one of the very rare cases in which high professionalism and competence is combined with empathy, extreme patience towards people terrified by the dentist like me, and the ability to reassure. Quello che più mi è dispiaciuto che nonostante ho segnalato più volte la problematica sono stata lasciata senza una risposta e in balia del dolore. Mi dispiace ma non si lavora così. Ho perso tempo prezioso e soldi. Unfortunately, I cannot say that I was happy with it. A chore that for me has turned into a nightmare that I'm still trying to solve elsewhere ..... What I regretted most is that despite having reported the problem several times, I was left without an answer and at the mercy of pain. I'm sorry but that's not how it works. I wasted precious time and money.
