A conclusione, formula una previsione sulla durata del suo lavoro e, su richiesta, fornisce un ricco dossier che illustra il "prima" e il "dopo" l'operazione. I prezzi sono onesti e i risultati durevoli ben oltre le previsioni del Dottore.
