★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Insieme ai miei figli siamo pazienti del Dott. Carlo Capuano da circa 25 anni. Professionale, sempre aggiornato e all'avanguardia, instaura con il paziente un rapporto basato sull'empatia. Riesce a stemperare la tensione che molto spesso si crea "intorno alla poltrona" per i pazienti che, come me, tremano al solo vederla. Ha sempre risolto i problemi che ho avuto nel corso degli anni e, cosa molto importante, una volta intervenuto i fastidi non si sono ripresentati. Il giovane Dott. Andrea ha già l'abilità paterna e la medesima capacità di rasserenare il paziente. Tutto lo staff è professionale e competente, fa un ottimo lavoro di squadra e i risultati si vedono sui bellissimi sorrisi dei pazienti.

Immancabile organizzazione, pulizia degli ambienti, rispetto dell' orario di appuntamento e tutte le norme anti Covid-19. Posso affermare con certezza che già quando entri ti senti a proprio agio. Poi vieni accolto da tutti con gentilezza,empatia, professionalità ma soprattutto con sorriso, che ti basta a non pensare alla "paura" . Consiglio vivamente lo studio del dott. Carlo Capuano perché oltre a quello che ho già elencato, sono anche bravissimi a svolgere il proprio lavoro, sanno ascoltare con tanta pazienza e consigliare la miglior soluzione. Sono precisi e attenti e non da poco per niente venali. Tornerò sicuramente e non potrò mai ringraziare abbastanza.
