Ho contattato lo studio di cui sono cliente da anni per la consueta igiene ricordando anche la mia convenzione Unisalute e senza problemi mi è stato dato un appuntamento. Oggi mi sono recata all'appuntamento e non ho trovato nessuno ad accogliermi all'entrata e neanche un gel igienizzante in sala di attesa. Dopo diverso tempo arriva una signora a misurarmi la febbre e poi si procede all'igiene un po' sbrigativa ma la parte più bella è stato il pagamento. Mi viene detto che non sono più convenzionati. Ho pagato senza problemi ma ho fatto presente che sarebbe stato più corretto essere avvisata prima di eseguire la prestazione. La signorina ha allora farfugliato una risposta incomprensibile per poi consigliarmi di andare in un altro studio la prossima volta. INCREDIBILE!!!
Very negative post covid experience. I contacted the studio of which I have been a client for years for the usual hygiene, also remembering my Unisalute convention and without problems I was given an appointment. Today I went to the appointment and I didn't find anyone to welcome me at the entrance and not even a sanitizing gel in the waiting room. After some time a lady comes to measure my fever and then we proceed to a little hasty hygiene but the most beautiful part was the payment. I am told that they are no longer affiliated. I paid without problems but I pointed out that it would have been more correct to be notified before performing the service. The young lady then mumbled an incomprehensible answer and then advised me to go to another studio next time. INCREDIBLE !!!

I have been coming for years and I have a great time. I have recommended the studio to many friends and acquaintances. And when there was a problem they promptly fixed it. They are very serious and reliable professionals and there is also a pinch of humanity that does not hurt.
