★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto informazioni generali riguardo lo studio e mi hanno risposto che avrei dovuto effettuare una visita, ovviamente a pagamento. Ho cercato di spiegarmi meglio, pensando di poter essere stata poco chiara, ma la risposta è stata la stessa.
Non solo le risposte non avevano nulla a che fare con le mie domande, ma le informazioni che ho chiesto servivano proprio per capire se rivolgermi a loro oppure no, prima di effettuare qualsiasi visita o intervento.
Ovviamente ho posto le stesse domande ad altri studi e mi hanno risposto subito senza prolemi.
I asked for general information about the studio and they replied that I would have to pay a visit, obviously. I tried to explain myself, thinking I may have been unclear, but the answer was the same.
Not only did the answers have nothing to do with my questions, but the information I asked was used to understand whether to contact them or not, before making any visit or intervention.
Obviously I asked the same questions to other studies and they answered me immediately without problems.

Pulizia dei denti moooolto approssimativa e leggera.
Cerco di spiegare che ho un problema di morso/bruxismo e devo fare accertamenti o raggi sempre tramite assicurazione, ma non sono in grado di andare avanti con la pratica.
Risultato: mi sono trovato male , ho cambiato dentista e dopo due anni mi chiamano per effettuare nuovamente la pulizia ..ahahaha

Teeth cleaned through my insurance.
Tooth cleaning soooo rough and light.
I try to explain that I have a bite / bruxism problem and I always have to have tests or rays through insurance, but I am not able to go on with the practice.
Result: I felt bad, I changed dentist and after two years they call me to do the cleaning again .. ahahaha
NOT RECOMMENDED
(My surname is not this on Google it is normal that you cannot find it)
