Dopo essermi rimesso tutti i denti non mi sarei mai aspettato che mi avrebbe lasciato con un dente, (come ha constatato il suo odontotecnico ultimamente, quando mi sono presentato per farmi stringere una vite ad un molare), che fa pus. Pensavo che lo stesso odontotecnico lo avrebbe riferito alla dottoressa. Penso di no visto che non sono stato contattato per risolvere questo problema. Perché non si cerca di risolverlo? non penso ci voglia molto, eppure ho sempre pagato tutto. Ma se la situazione dovesse aggravarsi, portare conseguenze cosa succederebbe, la responsabilità di chi sarebbe..?!?!?! I have been a patient of the Giachini Martina dental practice for years. After getting all my teeth back I never expected that he would leave me with a tooth (as his dental technician found lately when I showed up to have a screw tightened on a molar), which is pus. I thought the same dental technician would report it to the doctor. I think not as I have not been contacted to resolve this issue. Why don't you try to fix it? I don't think it takes long, yet I've always paid for everything. But if the situation were to worsen, bring consequences what would happen, whose responsibility would it be ..?!?!?!

La dottoressa Giachini si prende cura della mia famiglia da molti anni ed i miei figli, grazie a lei , hanno una ottima educazione alla prevenzione e ed alla cura dei loro denti. Ma soprattutto io sono contento del risultato del lavoro, che è ottimo. Prezzi non esagerati. Professionalism, hygiene, continuous updating on equipment, materials and techniques. Friendly atmosphere with both the doctor and the chair assistant. But above all, I am happy with the result of the work, which is excellent. Prices not exaggerated.

Staff davvero cortese e sempre col sorriso,collaboratori al top,Odontotecnici bravissimi( hanno fatto 6 una protesi a mia madre,dopo che la Dr.ssa le aveva messo 5 impianti in una situazione quasi disperata,meravigliosa)! Che dire allora? Consiglio vivamente questo studio,fra l’altro anche in posizione centrale nel bel borgo di Incisa Valdarno! La mia necessità era di realizzare la completa dentatura della mandibola inferiore, in totale 14 denti!! Un lavoro molto complesso e difficile che è stato eseguito in maniera eccellente. Sarò sempre grato alla cara amica e allo staff dello studio della dott.ssa Martina Giachini se oggi ho ritrovato la soddisfazione di sorridere e mangiare in sicurezza. The dental office of Dr. Martina Giachini was recommended to me by a friend of mine who is already her patient. My need was to make the complete dentition of the lower jaw, in total 14 teeth !! A very complex and difficult job that was done in an excellent way. I will always be grateful to my dear friend and to the staff of Dr. Martina Giachini's office if today I have found the satisfaction of smiling and eating safely. I highly recommend this study, not only for the professionalism of the work but also for the excellent ratio of materials used and costs.

La Dottoressa Giachini è una persona oltre che una donna molto carina e molto dolce che vanta di esperienza in questo campo dell'odontoiatria e che si tiene in continuo aggiornamento e sa davvero mettere a suo agio la persona che ha davanti facendo sì che si senta il più tranquilla possibile dato che se si pensa alla figura del dentista ci fa sempre un po' timore. La prima volta che mi sono seduta sulla sua poltrona le ho fatto promettere che non mi avrebbe fatto sentire nessun dolore, avendo io il terrore dei dentisti, e lei ha mantenuto la promessa. Efficente, competente, sempre gentile e sorridente: andare a farsi curare da lei è "quasi" piacevole. Sempre aggiornata sulle novità, perfetta con gli orari, disponibile per le emergenze. Sono ampiamente soddisfatta di essere una cliente dello studio Giachini per la loro efficienza e professionalità oltre che per la loro gentilezza e per i loro sorrisi. 5 stelle forse sono poche! I have known Dr. Giachini's Dental Practice for over 15 years. The first time I sat in her chair, I made her promise that she wouldn't make me feel any pain, as I was terrified of dentists, and she kept her promise. Efficient, competent, always polite and smiling: going to be treated by her is "almost" pleasant. Always updated on news, perfect with timetables, available for emergencies. I am highly satisfied to be a client of the Giachini studio for their efficiency and professionalism as well as for their kindness and their smiles. 5 stars perhaps are few!

Ormai sono passati 4 anni dalla mia ultima cura e non ho avuto mai problemi, tutt'ora ci vado per mia figlia e lei è sempre disponibile, le assistenti sono molto preparate e gentili. Devo dire uno studio al Top. Lo consiglio.... A dimenticavo, la mia dentista ha anche una grande capacità di trasmettere tranquillità!
