A maggior ragione in questo periodo questi medici hanno saputo gestire la situazione con la stessa professionalità di sempre. Dr. Bertocchi's dental office has welcomed me as a client for twenty years and I have always found the utmost seriousness and professionalism from the whole studio. Premetto che sono diversi anni che mi rivolgo a codesto Studio e ho trovato sempre un senso di appartenenza in quanto ti fanno sentire da subito a proprio agio, poi si distinguono per la professionalità, la disonibilità, la puntualità, la cortesia e la minuziosa pulizia che rivolgono allo studio nella sua totalità. In questo periodo di emergenza sanitaria trovi il massimo dell'accortezza per il rispetto delle regole anti-covid, come per esempio gli avvisi puntuali da parte della segreteria nel ricordare ai propri pazienti come si devono comportare (un lavoro non da poco ....). Trovo sempre risposte per ogni esigenza che i miei "denti" richiamano e sempre con tanta soddisfazione perchè avere un sano e bel sorriso è a mio avviso molto importante!!!! Sicuramente un biglietto da visita in ogni circostanza!!!! Inoltre mi preme scrivere dell'innata gentilezza che trovo nella delizisosa Sig.ra Patrizia, sempre accogliente e propensa a soddisfare le esigenze di tutti i pazienti!!!! Un grazie di cuore a tutto lo staff!!! p.s. le stelline a disposizione sono 5 purtroppo, ne darei molte di più...... I am pleased to write a review on my experience as a patient at the esteemed office of Dr. Bertocchi and his precious collaborators. I state that I have been turning to this studio for several years and I have always found a sense of belonging as they make you feel immediately at ease, then they stand out for their professionalism, availability, punctuality, courtesy and meticulous cleanliness that address to the studio in its entirety. In this period of health emergency you will find the utmost forethought to comply with the anti-covid rules, such as for example the timely notices from the secretariat in reminding their patients how to behave (not a small job .... ). I always find answers for every need that my "teeth" recall and always with great satisfaction because having a healthy and beautiful smile is in my opinion very important !! Definitely a business card in all circumstances !!!! Furthermore, I would like to write about the innate kindness that I find in the delightful Mrs. Patrizia, always welcoming and willing to satisfy the needs of all patients !!!! Bertocchi, dove professionalità e cordialità sono all’ordine del giorno. Prima di scoprire questo studio ho consultato diversi dentisti per cercare di capire come risolvere un problema che avevo con i miei denti, ma l’unico che ha riconosciuto subito di cosa si trattava è stato il Dott. Bertocchi. Mi ha sottoposta ad un intervento di frenulectomia seguito da un periodo di utilizzo di mascherine invisalign per sistemare il diastema tra i due incisivi centrali. Il risultato? Il diastema si è richiuso in brevissimo tempo e già con le prime mascherine ho visto dei risultati soddisfacenti! Grazie a lui e al suo team ora vado fiera del mio sorriso!
