La pulizia é impeccabile e gli studi medici dispongono di tecnologie all'avanguardia. In particolare ringrazio la Dr.ssa Ferrario Laura per la sua professionalità unita a tanta gentilezza ed umanità che allevia tensione ed ansia. Grazie anche alla sua assistente Debora. I found Mrs. Filomena and Elena always smiling and welcoming at the reception. Cleanliness is impeccable and the doctors' offices have state-of-the-art technologies. In particular, I thank Dr. Ferrario Laura for her professionalism combined with so much kindness and humanity that relieves tension and anxiety. Thanks also to his assistant Debora. Data la mia fobia, devo ammettere che tutti sin da subito mi hanno messo a mio agio. Ho trovato nel Dott. Bianchi oltre alla sua professionalità, una persona attenta alle mie esigenze, altamente competente, aggiornato nelle metodologie più innovative che ha saputo adattare alla mia situazione, ascoltandomi, curando sempre tutto nei minimi dettagli con l'assistente Ale, tranquillizzandomi. Si nota subito che amano il loro lavoro. Sono pochi i medici che rendono partecipe il paziente nell'attuazione delle cure più adatte, condividendone le motivazioni, spesso o come nel mio caso (passato in un altro studio dentistico), non sai nè perchè nè cosa esattamente ti viene fatto. Apprezzata è stata anche la chiarezza dei trattamenti, prezzi e pagamenti con Elena, all'accoglienza con Filomena che non manca mai di regalare un sorriso. Sono rimasto stupito dall’organizzazione e dall’efficienza e anche dalla rapidità di tutto lo staff a partire dalle infermiere per arrivare fino ai dentisti ed allo stesso titolare dello studio. Provenivo già da uno studio molto affermato ma devo dire l’unità che mi sono immediatamente accorto della maggiore professionalità ed organizzazione. In particolare sono stato curato dal Dottor Bianchi il quale mi ha spiegato in maniera esaustiva e chiara tutti i vari passaggi dell’intervento che mi riguardava spiegandovi la necessità e facendomi anche vedere con i miei occhi i risultati.non posso che ritenermi estremamente soddisfatto. Ma eccomi qui: elogiare in primis il dottor Mauro il titolare gentile nei modi e convincente nel trattamento economico. La mia dott.ssa Arjana molto professionale e carina mi ha curata bene, è stata dietro ai miei tempi, insieme al suo gentile staff, mi ha coccolata e messa subito a mio agio, rispondendo alle mie domande La dott.ssa Cristina per l'igiene dentale. Ambiente pulito confortevole, all'avanguardia l’amministrazione reception Elena Adina e Filomena ragazze disponibili gentili professionali, e poi la cosa che da agli occhi e che si intravede il sorriso sotto la mascherina.
