Mi ha fissato un appuntamento e durante la visita, visto la mia situazione, mi ha consigliato qual'era per lui la migliore soluzione, spiegandomi nei dettagli le varie fasi, il lato tecnico e gli aspetti estetici sul tipo di impianto da installare. Convinto della sua proposta ho deciso di affidarmi a lui. Castelnuovo, mi sono recata presso vari studi odontoiatrici a Milano ma ogni dentista mi diceva delle cose diverse, sapevo di dover fare degli impianti con la protesi ma le risposte non erano esaustive. Il Dott. Castelnuovo, dopo aver visto la mia Tac senza mezzi termini mi ha detto le cose come stavano e ha attirato la mia fiducia. In questo periodo di COVID il dottore e le assistenti sono stati molto scrupolosi, mi sono sentita veramente al sicuro nelle loro mani. Molto preciso e chiaro riesce a metterti a tuo agio, nonostante sia molto serio è anche simpatico comprese le collaboratrici. Ho finito il lavoro e sono molto soddisfatta. Mi dicono che possono inserirmi tra le urgenze che hanno già in essere e che solo l appuntamento costa 150 euro!!! Ma anche no!!! In risposta alla sua nota sotto..guardi, non ho mai chiesto di essere visitata il giorno stesso, ma 130 euro li trovo comunque una bella ladrata. Ho telefonato ad un altro dentista che mi ha fissato non il giorno dopo ma il successivo ed ho speso 30 euro!Faccia un po' lei!! I call for an emergency, my dentist is closed. They tell me that they can insert me among the emergencies they already have and that the appointment alone costs 150 EUR!!! But even no !!! In response to your note below .. look, I never asked to be visited the same day, but I still find 130 euros quite a steal. I phoned another dentist who fixed me not the next day but the next and I spent 30 euros!

Castelnuovo è molto preparato, pronto, chiaro ed esaustivo nelle spiegazioni. Mi piace il rigore nel gestire lo studio e le precauzioni anti COVID. È veloce nell'urgenza. Non capisco le recensioni negative per il costo della visita, basta chiedere precedentemente i costi (anche al telefono).. Io ho ricevuto un preventivo completo, che è stato poi confermato e rispettato. Decisamente soddisfatta, grazie Ms Elisabetta is kind and polite, friendly, patient and helpful; Dr. Castelnuovo is very prepared, ready, clear and exhaustive in the explanations. I like the rigor in running the study and the anti-COVID precautions. It is quick in urgency.
