Dottore in puena chiacchera telefonica con sala attesa piena, nessun cenno di scuse e/o minimino savoir faire per gestire il ritardo. Pessimo. Considerato il servizio a oagamento. Ah dimenticavo. Ad un messaggio in segretetia telefonica lasciato alle ora 9.30 domattina alcun feed back ricevo. Richiamo io.
Unprofessional, rather narrow-minded and rude the receptionist. Delay. Doctor in simple telephone chat with a full waiting room, no hint of apology and / or minimal savoir faire to manage the delay. Terrible. Considered paid service. Oh I forgot. I receive no feed back to a voicemail message left at 9.30 am tomorrow morning. I'll call you back.
