Bersani ed ho trovato un ambiente professionale, pulito e tutti molto gentili in particolare l’assistente Claudia. Che dire ritornare dal dentista dopo un po’ di anni è diventato un piacere. I did a draw at the Mirandola studio with dr. Bersani and I found a professional, clean and very kind environment, especially the assistant Claudia. Il primo contatto telefonico è avvenuto con Antonella(molto disponibile e gentile) che ha cercato di capire per telefono quale fosse il problema a grandi linee e se si trattasse di un urgenza(essendo in un momento così delicato). Preso appuntamento mi reco in studio odontoiatrico dove ad aspettarmi c è il Dottor Andrea Mirandola con una delle sue assistenti, entrambi molto gentili e solari; eseguita la visita di controllo purtroppo risulta che il dente è da devitalizzare. Il giorno dopo mi reco nuovamente in studio per L intervento e sapete che vi dico? ora andare dal dentista è diventato un piacere . Mi hanno messo da subito con gentilezza a mio agio, dopo L inizio dell’intervento mi sono subito tranquillizzato e rilassato. Ringrazio ancora il Dottor Andrea e le sue assistenti per avermi compreso ed accolto così bene e per la loro professionalità. 5 stars very deserved !!! My fear of the dentist stopped me for a few years, thus neglecting a caries. The first telephone contact took place with Antonella (very helpful and kind) who tried to understand by telephone what the problem was in broad terms and if it was an urgency (being in such a delicate moment). I made an appointment and went to the dental office where Dr. Andrea Mirandola and one of his assistants, both very kind and cheerful, are waiting for me; performed the control visit unfortunately it turns out that the tooth is to be devitalized. The next day I go back to the studio for the surgery and do you know what I'm saying? now going to the dentist has become a pleasure. They immediately put me at ease with kindness, after the start of the surgery I immediately calmed down and relaxed. Thanks again to Dr. Andrea and his assistants for understanding and welcoming me so well and for their professionalism.
