Trattano molto bene i paziente e quando si ha un dubbio o un'esigenza sono disponibili a far chiarezza. I have been coming to this studio since I was very small and have always enjoyed it very well. The doctors are friendly and very helpful. They treat patients very well and when there is a doubt or need they are available to clarify.

Ho sempre trovato disponibilità (addirittura per un'emergenza hanno aperto lo studio di domenica), gentilezza e chiarimenti, quando ne avevo la necessità. Consiglio questo studio a qualsiasi persona. My daughter and I have been patients of Dr. Menin and Dr. De Paoli for 13 years. I have always found availability (even for an emergency they opened the studio on Sunday), kindness and clarification, when I needed it. I recommend this study to any person.

Ho portato mio figlio di 4 anni e il dottore e pretendeva che tenesse la bocca spalancata,senza nessun tipo di sostegno, per mezz’ora . Appena il bambino stanco,chiudeva un po’ la bocca,lo rimprovera in malo modo. MAI PIÙ!! Ho portato poi mio figlio alla clinica di Padova,dove oltre ad avergli messo un sostegno per tenere la bocca aperta,gli hanno anche fatto guardare il suo cartone animato preferito,per fargli passare il tempo,in modo “più piacevole”. Bad experience with Dr. Menin, who, in my opinion, doesn't really know how to deal with children. I took my 4-year-old son and the doctor and he expected him to keep his mouth wide open, without any kind of support, for half an hour. As soon as the child is tired, he closes his mouth a little, he scolds him badly. NEVER AGAIN!! I then took my son to the clinic in Padua, where in addition to putting him a support to keep his mouth open, they also made him watch his favorite cartoon, to let him pass the time, in a "more pleasant" way.

Abbiamo trovato in questo studio la totale incapacità di creare un rapporto di fiducia tra medico e genitori/bambini. Al primo intervento ci era stato concesso di accompagnare nell'intervento nostro figlio di 2 anni e abbiamo deciso di fidarci di loro. Dal secondo appuntamento abbiamo trovato un rifiuto totale a permettere la presenza di noi genitori (cosa a nostro giudizio inammissibile considerato che nostro figlio ha 2 anni!) e ci siamo trovati costretti a rimanere in sala d'attesa finché sentivamo a distanza nostro figlio alle prese con le richieste (per lui completamente innaturali) dei dottori. Un'esperienza negativa che lascia da parte ogni standard minimo dei rapporti di cura medica, aggravata dal fatto che stiamo parlando di pazienti bambini. Nel momento in cui abbiamo chiesto chiarimenti, siamo stati poi trattati in maniera irrispettosa e arrogante. Non posso esprimermi sulla loro competenza tecnica, ma dal punto di vista umano è un posto che sconsiglio fortemente. Ci teniamo a ricordare che esistono studi dentistici pediatrici che lavorano in tutt'altra maniera e con tutt'altra sensibilità. Our personal experience has been extremely bad. We found in this study the total inability to create a relationship of trust between doctor and parents / children. At the first surgery we were allowed to accompany our 2 year old son in the surgery and we decided to trust them. From the second appointment we found a total refusal to allow the presence of us parents (which in our opinion is inadmissible considering that our son is 2 years old!) And we found ourselves forced to remain in the waiting room until we could hear our son struggling at a distance. with the demands (for him completely unnatural) of the doctors. A negative experience that leaves aside any minimum standard of medical care reports, aggravated by the fact that we are talking about child patients. When we asked for clarification, we were then treated disrespectfully and arrogantly. I cannot comment on their technical competence, but from a human point of view it is a place that I strongly advise against. We would like to remember that there are pediatric dental practices that work in a completely different way and with a completely different sensitivity.

Mi hanno proposto i Tao Patch, tecnologia molto recente che aiuta a ribilanciare il corpo. Devo dire che si sono rivelati estremamente efficaci e sono molto soddisfatto.
