★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto una visita il 20/01/19,mi dissero che mi avrebbero richiamato 1-2 settimane dopo per prenotare una seduta con un ortodontista,dopo un mese non ricevo nessuna informazione,cosi mi recai al loro studio per chiedere personalmente informazioni e dissero: "si abbiamo già parlato con l'ortodontista,tra 2-3 giorni ti chiamiamo per prenotre la visita con lui",aspetto un altro mese a mezzo,nessuna informazione,così per l'ennesima volta mi reco al loro studio,stessa frase:"ti richiamiamo noi,questa volta te la assicuro",dopo una settimana finalmete mi recevetti la chiamata "per la visita il prima possibile è tra un mese e mezzo,perchè l'ortodontista è appena venuto ieri,e viene solo una volta al mese" tralasciando il fatto che la chiamata perdeva continuamente linea per motivi non chiari,mi sono sentito fortemente preso in giro.
Il 20 gennaio diedi le mie informazioni,dopo infinite domande e richieste mi fissano l'appuntamento ai primi di maggio......

On January 20, I gave my information, after endless questions and requests they set the date for me in early May ......
