Arrivata in studio il dottore mi spiega che effettuerà prima una visita completa della bocca segnalando a Unisalute se ci sono dei problemi da risolvere con altri interventi. Durante la visita dice di aver trovato 2 carie e 3 otturazioni. Insisto che non è possibile, non le ho mai fatte, ma dice che è sicuro, che le vede e forse ho dimenticato di averle fatte. Io mi impunto perchè avendo 26 anni non è possibile aver dimenticato di aver fatto 3 otturazioni ma il dottore insiste ancora. In tutto ciò circa 6 mesi fa ho svolto privatamente uno screening dentale per via di un gonfiore, in cui ovviamente non è emerso nessun tipo di problema se non una infiammazione locale. Dopo la visita mi effettua una pulizia del tartaro parziale dicendo che per via delle mie gengive irritate non può continuare. Mi fissa infine un secondo appuntamento a distanza di 3 settimane per completare la pulizia (per cui ho pagato comunque) ed eventualmente fare gli altri interventi (per un costo di 140 euro). Insomma, l'impressione è quella di una persona disonesta, probabilmente è abituato a vendere interventi non necessari a chi è poco attento. I booked a dental cleaning through Unisalute. During the visit he says he found 2 caries and 3 fillings. I insist that it is not possible, I never made them, but he says that he is sure, that he sees them and perhaps I forgot to have made them. I am embarrassed because having 26 years it is not possible to have forgotten to have made 3 fillings but the doctor still insists. In all this, about 6 months ago I privately carried out a dental screening because of a swelling, in which obviously no type of problem emerged except for local inflammation. After the visit he cleans me of the partial tartar saying that because of my irritated gums he cannot continue. Finally, he fixes a second appointment after 3 weeks to complete the cleaning (for which I paid anyway) and possibly do the other interventions (for a cost of 140 euros). In short, the impression is that of a dishonest person, he is probably used to selling unnecessary interventions to those who are not very careful.

I went there for a teeth cleaning and during the visit it emerged the need to repair a filling that I had previously done, everything was done briefly and with extreme courtesy. Tutte le volte il dottor Baldo è stato molto gentile e soprattutto professionale, veloce e impeccabile nel suo lavoro: le otturazioni sono state fatte con grande cura e non si vedono minimamente! Tornerò sicuramente da lui nel caso avessi altri problemi e lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque. I had made an appointment for a cleaning of the teeth, once I found them to have two caries and I had to make other appointments to remove them. Every time Dr. Baldo has been very kind and above all professional, fast and impeccable in his work: the fillings have been made with great care and are not seen in the least! I will definitely come back to him in case I have other problems and I highly recommend it to anyone.
