dovevamo usufruire di una convenzione con unisalute per una semplice pulizia dei denti.
non ha rispettato l orario concordato, ha asserito che non vi era stata effettuata la prenotazione, non ha voluto erogare la prestazione perche a suo dire avrebbe avuto altri pazienti dopo...ed era tardi.
è stata fatta una segnalazione comunque a unisalute. sperando che possa essere di aiuto per altri potenziali pazienti
