★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vedo che non sono il solo. La tipa non conosceva affatto né i pregi(pochi) né i difetti dell'appartamento e tutto ad un tratto ha tirato su il prezzo senza alcun motivo, inventando scuse che legalmente non stanno né in cielo né in terra. Gentilmente imparate a lavorare.
