Ho chiamato lo studio per prendere un appuntamento ed ho esordito dicendo "salve, parlo col cardiologo?" mi è stato risposto (spero vivamente che non si trattasse del Dottore) in malo modo e mi è stato detto che bisogna salutare dicendo buongiorno o buonasera! Poco dopo, in maniera sempre molto cortese sono stata avvisata del fatto che il mio stesso interlocutore fosse molto impegnato e sono stata invitata a riattaccare. Non so veramente come commentare l'accaduto. Sono sicurissima di non aver assolutamente mancato di rispetto a chiunque fosse dall'altro lato del telefono, e posso anche assicurare che lo studio ha perso i miei genitori come clienti.
Without words!!! I called the office to make an appointment and I started by saying "hi, am I talking to the cardiologist?" I was answered (I sincerely hope that it was not the Doctor) in a bad way and I was told that I must say goodbye by saying good morning or good evening! Shortly after, in a very polite manner, I was warned that my own interlocutor was very busy and I was invited to hang up. I don't really know how to comment on what happened. I'm pretty sure I absolutely didn't disrespect whoever was on the other side of the phone, and I can also assure you that the studio has lost my parents as customers.
