★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rapporti con i pazienti uguale a zero, impossibile contattarlo, non rispondono al telefono. In portineria c'è la comunicazione che le prenotazioni sono solo telefonicamente, ma se non rispondo è impossibile farle. Peccato perchè professionalmente è bravo.......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossibile prenotare, nessuno risponde al telefono! Dopo mesi di tentativi ho deciso di recarmi di persona e sono stata letteralmente aggredita al citofono dalla segretaria ,che ha urlato di non potermi fare salire perchè lo studio era pieno di gente e quando ho fatto presente che provavo a telefonare da mesi mi ha risposto, continuando ad urlare, che per lo stesso motivo (studio affollato) non poteva rispondere al telefono, chiudendo bruscamente il citofono. A questo punto non vedo altra soluzione che cambiare medico.
Impossible to book, no one answers the phone! After months of trying, I decided to go in person and I was literally attacked on the intercom by the secretary, who screamed that she could not let me up because the office was full of people and when I pointed out that I had been trying to call for months she replied, continuing to scream, which for the same reason (crowded studio) could not answer the phone, abruptly closing the intercom. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non si riesce a prenotare né x telefono ( nn rispondono mai ) e neanche di persona. Sono andata negli orari registrati in segreteria telefonica e il portiere mi ha mandata via in malo modo quando ho chiesto spiegazioni del motivo x cui non mi facesse salire. A quanto leggo nn sono l unica che nn riesce a prenotare.
It is not possible to book either by phone (they never answer) and not even in person. I went at the times recorded on the answering machine and the doorman sent me away in a bad way when I asked for an explanation of why he did not let me up. From what I read I am not the only one who manages to book.
