Le mie considerazioni si fondano su diversi parametri di giudizio che nel complesso valuto come uno dei migliori studi medici cardiologi siciliani e polo d'eccellenza Italiano. All'avanguardia nella tecnica e nella ricerca, professionale e specialistico nella competenza e nello studio dei sintomi associati e nella risoluzione delle problematiche inerenti il proprio ambito. Lo studio medico risulta curato nell'aspetto e efficiente nel desk che cura le comunicazioni con i pazienti. I medici cardiologi risultano essere affabili, gentili, professionali e sorridenti. Riescono a mantenere un registro linguistico chiaro e semplice nelle spiegazioni, curando in maniera particolare l’aspetto comunicativo e umano nell’interazione col paziente. Nel mio caso il medico si é soffermato a spiegarmi (in maniera semplice) di cosa si trattasse, e come risolvere il disturbo. Vivamente consigliato. My considerations are based on different parameters of judgment that overall I consider as one of the best Sicilian cardiologist doctors and Italian center of excellence. At the forefront of technique and research, professional and specialist in the competence and study of the associated symptoms and in the resolution of problems inherent in their field. The medical office is well-finished in appearance and efficient in the desk that takes care of communications with patients. Cardiologists appear to be affable, kind, professional and smiling. They manage to keep a clear and simple linguistic register in their explanations, paying particular attention to the communicative and human aspect in the interaction with the patient. In my case the doctor paused to explain (in a simple way) what it was, and how to solve the disorder. Highly recommended.

Trovo però assolutamente non ammissibile il il fatto che i pazienti vengano fatti accomodare non in sala d'attesa ma, o sulle scale o fuori dal portone creando in entrambi i casi assembramenti che occorre evitare ed anche confusione. Non è altresi giusto il non far stare comodi pazienti con determinate sofferenze. Sarebbe meglio riuscire a gestire gli appuntamenti scaglionatamente. I would have happily given my best if the review had only concerned the competence and preparation of the doctors on which nothing to complain about. However, I find it absolutely inadmissible that patients are seated not in the waiting room but either on the stairs or outside the door, creating in both cases gatherings that must be avoided and also confusion. It is also not right not to make patients with certain sufferings comfortable. It would be better to be able to manage the appointments staggered.

La competenza medica dimostrata dal Prof. Di Franco mi ha suggerito nonostante non abbia mai avuto problemi, a prenotare visita elettrocardio ed ecocardio.
