★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In un anno e mezzo (anche riconoscendogli la scusante della pandemia) non ha fatto nulla per rendere operativa la sua gestione. Non ha convocato assemblee e sopratutto non ha richiesto esplicitamente i pagamenti del condominio, facendo crescere morosità e situazioni critiche in tema di sicurezza nonostante numerosi e documentabili solleciti. Questo si aggiunge ad una scarsa professionalità nel rapportarsi con i suoi clienti (i condomini) e ad una scarsissima disponibilità nel facilitare il passaggio di consegne al nuovo amministratore. Davvero un peccato non poter mettere zero stelle perché sarebbe in linea con il suo operato. Nel merito di questioni tecniche sulla gestione economica saranno i legali nominati dal nostro condominio a fare chiarezza sulla sua finanza creativa.

Io non ho avanzato alcuna pretesa che andasse contro legge e regolamenti.
Ci sono i documenti e tutto verrà accertato onorando la professione dello stesso signor Bruni.
Il mio giudizio è documentabile e sfido chiunque a contestarlo o a darne un'interpretazione diversa.
 In a year and a half (even acknowledging the pandemic as an excuse) it has done nothing to make its management operational. It has not called meetings and above all it has not explicitly requested the payments of the condominium, increasing arrears and critical situations in terms of security despite numerous and documentable reminders. This is added to a lack of professionalism in dealing with its customers (condominiums) and a very scarce willingness to facilitate the handover to the new administrator. Really a pity not to be able to put zero stars because it would be in line with his work. With regard to technical issues on economic management, the lawyers appointed by our condominium will shed some light on its creative finance.

I have not made any claims that go against the law and regulations.
There are documents and everything will be ascertained by honoring the profession of Mr. Bruni himself.
My judgment can be documented and I challenge anyone to contest it or to give it a different interpretation.
