Il titolare Stefano Gronchi è una bella persona anche da un punto di vista umano. Non posso che ringraziarlo per la disponibilità e il tempo che mi ha dedicato quando ebbi un incidente in macchina ed ha seguito la pratica. Se mi fossi rivolto subito a lui, invece di essere un po' impulsivo e fare di testa mia, probabilmente sarei riuscito ad ottenere almeno un paritario concorso di colpa invece della piena responsabilità. Stefano, con molta onestà non ha voluto alcun compenso, e sono io che mi sento ancora in debito di cortesia con lui per la sua gentilezza. Non solo lo consiglio, ma consiglio di rivolgersi subito a lui, prima di fare, come me, azioni non opportune. Non sarebbe accaduto se avessi gestito tutto da sola e chissà, magari neanche se avessi affidato il sinistro a qualcun altro! Grazie ancora Lucia and Stefano were very helpful from the start. Thanks to them, I went from 100% (unjustified) blame to 70%.
