Mi aveva rassicurato sulla sua piena presenza, dopo averle illustrato ampiamente la situazione. Abbiamo comunicato in passato una volta al telefono e il resto utilizzando il messenger di facebook. Sono rimasto in attesa di una sua telefonata concordata, così da poter conoscere i costi e le modalità per avviare la causa, che non è mai arrivata. Ho riprovato a scriverle dandole anche altre informazioni sul caso e non mi ha più risposto. Alla fine, non capendo, le ho scritto un messaggio sotto un suo post di facebook per avere la sua attenzione e lo ha cancellato, bloccandomi il profilo.
È bene specificare che il mezzo di comunicazione di messagistica era sempre stato accettato da entrambi come utile e valido, tanto da essere stato io contattato da lei in passato per chiedermi consigli di altro genere. Tra l'altro, ora dovrò fare delle corse e rischiare di superare il tempo massimo per avviare la causa, quando il tutto poteva essere già avviato.
Insomma, se questo è un modo di essere professionali, cado decisamente dalle nuvole e, con questo comportamento, non affiderei neanche una lite condominiale. Assurdo e ingiustificabile!

By the way, now I will have to run and risk exceeding the maximum time to start the case, when everything could already be started.
In short, if this is a way of being professional, I definitely fall from the clouds and, with this behavior, I would not even entrust a condominium dispute. Absurd and unjustifiable!
