(Siamo ad aprile 2022) Promessa ad altra condomina di chiamare telefonicamente….nessuno si è fatto vivo. Pago solo perché la legge lo impone. Quello che impone la legge per gli amministratori di condominio è di secondaria (se non più) importanza. Cappotto fatto nei condomini adiacenti, noi….? Sottoscala da vuotare, portoncini da sistemare, colombi da scacciare verde condominiale da sistemare, resoconto riunone 2021….messi in conto 1.200 euro di pulizie ma non si sa a chi vadano.NOI NON SAPPIAMO NULLA. Peccato non si possa dare meno stelle…sconsigliato poco professionali.
Answering is a sign of EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONALISM After 11 e-mails (+ 11 similar ones sent to another address) they have not yet responded to my request for clarification of 13 July. (We are in April 2022) Promise to another condominium to call by phone .... nobody showed up. I pay only because the law requires it. What the law requires for condominium administrators is of secondary (if not more) importance. Coat done in adjacent condominiums, we ....? Basement to be emptied, doors to be fixed, pigeons to drive away green condominium to be fixed, report meeting 2021… .1,200 euros for cleaning but no one knows who they go to. WE DON'T KNOW ANYTHING. Too bad we can not give less stars ... not recommended unprofessional.
