Ho richiesto di visitare un appartamento, mi è stato risposto che dovevo attendere perché erano in trattative con altri clienti e che avrei dovuto attendere di essere richiamato da loro ma dopo tre settimane la casa è ancora in pubblicità e non mi hanno mai richiamato. A mio avviso disinteresse e scarsa professionalità. I'm still waiting to be called back. I requested to visit an apartment, I was told that I had to wait because they were in negotiations with other clients and that I would have to wait to be called back by them but after three weeks the house is still in advertising and they never called me back. In my opinion, lack of interest and lack of professionalism.

Gestione degli appuntamenti e rispetto verso i clienti zero. Non sono all'altezza delle altre agenzie, c'è un motivo perche le altre hanno una fetta di mercato molto piu grande. Veramente Veramente una delusione. Embarrassing from every point of view. They are never traceable, they never answer on the phone, not even by email. Management of appointments and respect for zero customers. They are not up to par with the other agencies, there is a reason why the others have a much larger market share. Really Really a disappointment.

Sconsiglio, soprattutto dal punto di vista umano, considerando che attendo ancora una risposta da ben due settimane da un'agente circa restituzione di quasi 1000€ di caparra per una casa in affitto. Nessuna serietà. Total absence of professionalism and rudeness, no insurance for those who rely on them, high prices. I do not recommend, especially from a human point of view, considering that I still await a response from an agent for two weeks about the return of almost 1000 € of deposit for a rented house. Abbiamo dato conferma per l'appartamento venerdì mandando tutti i documenti, loro (lei) ci riconfermano, dandoci i dettagli con tanto di estremi di bonifico per "bloccare", lunedì mattina alle 11 ci risponde che visto che non ci siamo fatti vivi (quando? la domenica?) si sarebbero sentiti liberi....noi già da lunedi mattina proviamo a contattarli, ma loro NON rispondono e si negano... poi ci dicono che non abbiamo fatto il bonifico. Sempre la domenica ??? manco il tempo per farlo arrivare in banca? Veramente pessimi e inaffidabili. State alla larga! Bad!
