M	Massimo D. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SCONSIGLIATO!! Per essere onesti, all'inizio lo studio di amministrazione lavorava con professionalità e ha continuato a farlo per diverso tempo. Giunti però i primi problemi, avuti con una ditta edile presentata dallo stesso studio, che nel caso specifico ha operato non rispettando il preventivo sottoscritto dal condominio, quindi eseguendo lavori non conformi, è mia opinione che lo studio abbia smesso di operare con professionalità. Nello specifico, non si sono più preoccupati di rispondere a comunicazioni inoltrate tra mail certificate, convocando anche un'assemblea senza rispettare i metodi indicati dall'art. 66 del codice civile, non dando cosi la possibilità a tutti i condomini proprietari di presenziare alla riunione e di votare i punti dell'ordine del giorno. Rendendo di fatto l'assemblea irregolare ed annullabile. Ci sono stati anche altri problemi gestiti con superficialità, ma nel complesso meno gravi dell'esempio riportato sopra. La conseguenza di tutto ciò è che il condominio si è trovato con un lavoro non conforme, neanche completato, in quanto è stato fatto sospendere appena riscontrate le irregolarità. Personalmente non mi sento di consigliare a nessuno questo studio di amministrazione. NOT RECOMMENDED !! However, having come to the first problems, encountered with a construction company presented by the same studio, which in this specific case operated not respecting the budget signed by the condominium, therefore carrying out non-compliant work, it is my opinion that the studio has stopped operating professionally. Specifically, they no longer bothered to respond to communications sent between certified e-mails, also calling a meeting without respecting the methods indicated by art. 66 of the civil code, thus not giving the possibility to all condominium owners to attend the meeting and vote on the items on the agenda. By effectively making the meeting irregular and voidable. There were also other problems handled superficially, but on the whole less serious than the example above. The consequence of all this is that the condominium found itself with a non-compliant work, not even completed, as it was suspended as soon as the irregularities were found. Personally, I do not feel I can recommend this administration firm to anyone.
