Ci si rende conto ancora prima di sfogliare/leggere il libro e il magazine allegato; entrambi vanno subito al sodo, affrontando i problemi più frequenti che possiamo trovare in tutti i condominii, in modo preciso ed esauriente. Un libro diverso dai soliti libri di condominio, incentrato su informazioni e soluzioni che non dovrebbe mancare nella libreria di casa di ogni condòmino/inquilino per essere informati in maniera comprensibile sui propri diritti e doveri condominiali. four stars because I have no direct experience.
