★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non avrei messo neanche una stella, scortesia e maleducazione regnano, almeno per quanto riguarda il figlio del Signor d'Alauro. Di fronte ad una situazione esasperante e davvero assurda non c'è stato alcun tipo di assistenza, oltre a chiamare dopo due giorni uno pseudo operaio che avrebbe dovuto risolvere un problema... non sto a dire l'assurdità della situazione, operaio che arriva senza alcun tipo di attrezzo... la pericolosità in cui si trovano tutte le persone del condominio, il perdurare di una situazione allucinante... chiamato al telefono, il caro ragazzo, figlio del Signor d'Alauro, alla richiesta ulteriore di "AIUTO" risponde con parolacce ed insulti urlando e riattaccando il telefono.
 I would not have put even a star, discourtesy and rudeness reign, at least as regards the son of the Lord of Alauro. In the face of a maddening and really absurd situation there was no assistance whatsoever, besides calling after two days a pseudo worker who was supposed to solve a problem ... I am not saying the absurdity of the situation, worker arriving without any type of tool ... the danger in which all the people in the condominium find themselves, the persistence of a hallucinating situation ... called on the phone, the dear boy, son of Signor d'Alauro, to the further request for "HELP "he replies with profanity and insults screaming and hanging up the phone.
