Dobbiamo rimandare le richieste di giorno in giorno perché è sempre occupato!
APRITE un indirizzo email o un numero WhatsApp e assumete una persona che si occupi solo di quello!!!!!

We have to postpone requests from day to day because it is always busy!
OPEN an email address or a WhatsApp number and hire a person to take care of only that !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La segreteria non risponde mai al telefono, impossibile prendere appuntamento e questo comporta che la gente debba andare li a caso creando confusione e disorganizzazione. Ora anche i dottori sono diventati dei centralini e ogni visita è continuamente interrotta dal telefono. Credo che l'organizzazione sia disastrosa sotto ogni punto di vista e che renda ingestibile il lavoro anche per i dottori.
The secretariat never answers the phone, impossible to make an appointment and this means that people have to go there randomly, creating confusion and disorganization. Now even the doctors have become switchboards and each visit is continually interrupted by the telephone. I believe that the organization is disastrous in every respect and that it makes the work unmanageable even for doctors.
