Almost impossible to get on the line ... this morning yesterday 27 phone calls on hold with the answering machine which, promptly, after a standard time, hangs up Secretary always kind and helpful but maybe one secretary for 4 doctors is not enough

I have never encountered any problems in contacting them. The doctor who follows us is very helpful and capable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossibile contattarli: se va bene squilla libero poi risponde una voce registrata che "prega di attendere" alla fine dell'attesa si stacca la comunicazione; oppure dà occupato!
Ritengo vergognoso e contro ogni etica professionale un simile comportamento, le persone che telefonano lo fanno per necessità e non per divertimento. Far stare in attesa un tempo indefinito e poi non rispondere è anche da maleducati.
Chi lavora nella sanità dovrebbe avere un comportamento specchiato e non mi sembra questo il caso.
Unable to contact them: if all goes well, free ringing then a recorded voice answers, "please wait" at the end of the wait the communication is disconnected; or it gives busy!
I consider this behavior to be shameful and against all professional ethics, people who call do so out of necessity and not for fun. Waiting for an indefinite time and then not responding is also rude.
Those who work in health care should have mirrored behavior and this does not seem to be the case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ inesistenti al telefono, se avete un'emergenza medica e siete iscritti con loro... l'unica vostra soluzione sarà il pronto soccorso... dopodiché toglietevi dal medico che avete qui e prendetene uno rintracciabile.
non-existent on the phone, if you have a medical emergency and you are registered with them ... your only solution will be the emergency room ... then get out of the doctor you have here and get a traceable one.
