Ho fatto la pulizia dei denti;mi è costata un quarto rispetto al prezzo del mio dentista ed in effetti è stata fatta in un quarto del tempo.Tempo durante il quale l'operatrice ha interrotto 4 volte il lavoro per andare ad aprire la porta ad altri pazienti e una per andare a cercare e sfogliare cartelle cliniche,il tutto senza mai togliere e cambiare i guanti né tantomeno disinfettare o almeno sciacquare le mani sotto l'acqua!

I had my teeth cleaned, it cost me a quarter of my dentist's price and was actually done in a quarter of the time. Time during which the operator stopped work 4 times to go and open the door to other patients and one to go and search and browse medical records, all without ever removing and changing gloves or disinfecting or at least rinsing your hands under water!

I have been a patient of Dr. Paoleschi for several years because I always went to the studio in viareggio. Now that it has also opened in Carrara I have moved to this studio because it is closer to home. Friendly and always available staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questo studio me l'ha consigliato un mio amico, e devo dire che lo studio e' accogliente e pulito. Lo staff e' preparatissimo, attento e cordiale.
Ho fatto tre impianti e mi sono trovata molto bene; anche la spesa della terapia e' piu' economica rispetto altri studi. Grazie infinite.
A friend of mine recommended this studio to me, and I must say that the studio is cozy and clean. The staff is highly trained, attentive and friendly.
I did three implants and I found myself very well; the cost of therapy is also cheaper than other studies. Thank you so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto una pessima esperienza presso questo 'studio dentistico'.Sconsiglio chiunque dal farsi attrarre dai prezzi bassi. Prezzo basso significa solo scarsa professionalitá.
Attratta dai prezzi competitivi di questo studio, prenoto una pulizia dei denti.
Appena mi accomodo sulla poltrona mi spavento: gli attrezzi usati sono antiquati, manuali, non i soliti elettrici a cui sono abituata, ma mi dico che ognuno ha i propri metodi. Arrivata alla lucidatura, l'attrezzo non funziona e sono costretta a cambiare stanza. I prezzi stracciati si spiegano da soli insomma. Ma il peggio deve ancora venire.
Arrivata a casa noto subito che il pezzo di incisivo (ricostruito da quando ho 8 anni) é saltato. Richiamo infastidita, ma giá al telefono l'igienista é sulla difensiva e rifiuta di ammettere di aver potuto sbagliare e di malavoglia mi rimanda alla settimana successiva (che professionalità).
Mi ripresento in studio e ovviamente la stessa igienista cerca di smentire e mi affida alla collega che mi ricostruisce il dente, ma mi tratta come una approfittatrice, con sufficienza e con aria di superioritá mi liquida. Ovviamente il lavoro é fatto in modo raffazzonato (cosa altro aspettarsi?), ma ha il decoro di non chiedermi nessun pagamento, dopo neanche un mese la ricostruzione salta di nuovo.
Riassumo con due parole: MAI PIÙ!
I had a very bad experience at this 'dental office', I don't recommend anyone to be attracted by low prices. Low price only means poor professionalism.
Attracted by the competitive prices of this study, I book a tooth cleaning.
As soon as I sit on the armchair I get scared: the tools used are old-fashioned, manual, not the usual electrical appliances I'm used to, but I tell myself that everyone has their own methods. When the polishing is finished, the tool does not work and I am forced to change rooms. In short, the bargain prices are self-explanatory. But the worst is yet to come.
When I got home I immediately notice that the incisor piece (rebuilt since I was 8 years old) has blown. Annoyed recall, but already on the phone the hygienist is on the defensive and refuses to admit that he could have made a mistake and reluctantly sends me back to the following week (what professionalism).
I come back to the studio and obviously the hygienist herself tries to deny and entrusts me to the colleague who reconstructs my tooth, but she treats me like a profiteer, with enough and with an air of superiority she liquidates me. Obviously the work is done in a patchy way (what else to expect?), But it has the dignity of not asking me for any payment, after even a month the reconstruction jumps again.
I summarize in two words: NEVER AGAIN!

Non sono rimasto contento né per l'igiene né per il personale maleducato.
Non ci tornerò più

I bought a toilet on Groupon, done in 20 minutes.
I was not happy with either the hygiene or the rude staff.
