★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo chiesto un'informazione e, in modo molto sgarbato, la signora dello sportello ci ha risposto che gli studenti non leggono mai e di guardare sul sito, malgrado sul sito non vi sia nessuna indicazione riguardante il nostro problema. Se è un servizio rivolto agli studenti, dovrebbe rispondere alle domande riguardanti la carriera universitaria, o quantomeno indicare dove poter informarsi.
We asked for information and, in a very rude way, the lady at the counter replied that the students never read and to look on the site, even though there is no indication on the site regarding our problem. If it is a service aimed at students, it should answer questions regarding the university career, or at least indicate where to find out.

They never answer and never resolve doubts. They send you from one side to the other without concluding anything. Really bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the staff is helpful and understanding. Most of them speak good english. You can take a ticket from 8:30 in the morning, but the desks open at 9:30. The majority of the desks are on the first floor. Closed on the weekends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude receptionists. I arrived 10min late for my appointment due to rain. But still they didn't even listen what I was saying. They are telling" if you stand here for the whole day no use". You have to book another appointment.
I have been here many times the lady or the boy at the desk both are same in receiving. I have never seen that much ridiculous behavior. They will just let you out as soon as possible by any means.
