Negozi aperti vicini permettono di completare gli acquisti. Buona la temperatura è la pulizia degli ambienti. Staff available and courteous. Discreet assortment of precious items. Riportati indietro dopo 20 giorni dall'acquisto in quanto la farfallina non teneva la chiusura (messi una volta sola e subito tolti per paura di perderli) La commessa mi ha risposto che la farfallina era usurata!!!!!!!!!!!! Ribadisco che non erano stati mai messi!!!! Nulla non c'è stato niente da fare ...ho dovuto comprare due nuove farfalline. NON MI VEDRANNO MAI PIÙ!!!!! Bad experience. I bought a pair of white gold earrings and gave them to a friend. Brought back after 20 days from the purchase as the butterfly did not hold the closure (put on only once and immediately removed for fear of losing them) The saleswoman replied that the butterfly was worn !!!!!!!!!!! ! I repeat that they were never put !! Nothing there was nothing to do ... I had to buy two new butterflies. THEY WILL NEVER SEE ME AGAIN !!!!!
L	Lara Siccardi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorrei sottolineare la poca affidabilità per quanto riguarda le riparazioni in argento e in oro, non economiche ma soprattutto non garantite e probabilmente non ben fatte, in riferimento al punto vendita del Lingotto, saldatura di una collana d’oro, dopo solo una settimana si è rotta nuovamente nello stesso punto, l’ho portata in un negozio Stroili di via Roma dove una commessa molto gentile me l’ha fatta risaldare ad un prezzo simbolico, purtroppo appena indossata si è rotta per la seconda volta (collana che ho da tempo e si è rotta per la prima volta mesi fa…), stessa cosa per un braccialetto d’argento, riportato al Lingotto ma qui la commessa mi ha detto che la seconda riparazione mi sarebbe costata di nuovo a prezzo pieno…A questo punto non fidandomi più del laboratorio di Stroili effettuerò le riparazioni in un’altra gioielleria di mia fiducia e più affidabile in tutto! Inoltre anche un orologio della marca Stroili non è rivelato per noi un buon acquisto… Mi spiace ma ritengo doveroso condividere la mia esperienza! I would like to underline the lack of reliability as regards the repairs in silver and gold, not cheap but above all not guaranteed and probably not well done, in reference to the Lingotto point of sale, welding of a gold necklace, after only a week broken again in the same place, I took it to a Stroili shop in via Roma where a very kind saleswoman had it re-soldered at a symbolic price, unfortunately as soon as it was worn it broke for the second time (necklace I have had for a long time and it broke for the first time months ago ...), same thing for a silver bracelet, brought back to the Lingotto but here the saleswoman told me that the second repair would cost me again at full price ... At this point, not trusting me anymore of the Stroili workshop I will carry out the repairs in another jewelry store I trust and more reliable in everything! Furthermore, even a watch from the Stroili brand is not a good buy for us… I'm sorry but I feel it is my duty to share my experience!
