Un'ottima struttura al centro di Stresa e vicina al lago. Appartamento spazioso, luminoso, con aria condizionata, pulito fornito di tutto il necessario. Il signor Giuliano è gentilissimo e disponibile ad ogni richiesta. È stata una bella vacanza.... Consiglio questa struttura I was with my husband at the Stresa residence the first week of July 2019. Our dog was also with us. An excellent property in the center of Stresa and close to the lake. Spacious, bright, air-conditioned, clean apartment equipped with everything you need. Mr. Giuliano is very kind and available for every request. It was a great holiday.... I recommend this facility

Il proprietario (Giuliano) è una persona assolutamente disponibile e attento alle esigenze del cliente (noi viaggiamo con un cane di grossa taglia e il proprietario ci ha assegnato un appartamento congruo alle nostre esigenze). Il residence si trova nel centro storico di Stresa, comodo da raggiungere e allo stesso tempo in una posizione strategica, a pochi metri dal lago (che è visibile dai balconi della struttura). I locali interni si presentano ben arredati, puliti e di recente ristrutturazione. Unica grossa pecca: siamo rimasti per una sola notte! ? Se ci capiterà di soggiornare nuovamente a Stresa, sapremo dove prenotare. Grazie. My partner and I stayed in this residence the night between 22 and 23 May 2021. The owner (Giuliano) is absolutely helpful and attentive to the customer's needs (we travel with a large dog and the owner has assigned us an apartment suitable for our needs). The residence is located in the historic center of Stresa, easy to reach and at the same time in a strategic position, a few meters from the lake (which is visible from the balconies of the structure). The interiors are well furnished, clean and recently renovated. The only big flaw: we stayed for just one night! ? If we happen to stay in Stresa again, we will know where to book. Thank you.

Siamo tutti entusiasti della scelta: camere e bagni ampii e spaziosi, pulizia impeccabile e struttura di recente ristrutturazione. La posizione è strategica: la struttura è nel centro di Stresa, a pochi passi dal lago e dalla zona di imbarco per le isole. Il proprietario è stato disponibilissimo e cordiale. Sceglieremo ancora questa struttura per futuri soggiorni a Stresa. Super consigliato! I stayed at this property with my boyfriend and another couple of friends for one night. We are all enthusiastic about the choice: large and spacious rooms and bathrooms, impeccable cleanliness and a recently renovated structure. The location is strategic: the structure is in the center of Stresa, a few steps from the lake and the boarding area for the islands. The owner was very helpful and friendly. We will choose this property again for future stays in Stresa. Super recommended!

L'edificio storico di recente ristrutturazione si trova vicino al lago, al punto di imbarcazione, e a locali e bar utili per colazioni, pranzi, cene o per cibo da asporto. L'appartamento è arredato con cura e stile. Oltre ad essere confortevole dispone di tutte le comodità: ottima connessione WiFi (molto apprezzata dai miei figli), biancheria da bagno e cucina, asse e ferro da stiro, aspirapolvere e tutti gli strumenti per la cucina. La pulizia è ottima. Il sig. Giuliano che ci ha accolto è stato davvero disponibile ad ogni richiesta, persino a rispedirci un oggetto da noi dimenticato nell'appartamento. Non potevamo scegliere una location migliore per ripartire con le vacanze! Super consigliato! I stayed at this property with my family. The recently renovated historic building is located near the lake, at the boat point, and with clubs and bars useful for breakfasts, lunches, dinners or for take-away food. The apartment is furnished with care and style. In addition to being comfortable, it has all the amenities: excellent WiFi connection (much appreciated by my children), bathroom and kitchen linen, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and all the tools for the kitchen. Cleaning is great. Mr. Giuliano who welcomed us was really available for every request, even to send us an object we forgot in the apartment. We could not have chosen a better location to start off with the holidays! Super recommended!
