g	giusy vecchi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di palestre e istruttori ce ne sono tantissimi, ma trovare quella giusta, quella dove sei sempre seguita con attenzione, è difficile ma non impossibile. Io l’ho trovata a Bareggio, si chiama “STRENGTH ACADEMY”. Sto frequentando due corsi, “functional training” e “kettlebell”, e mi trovo benissimo; ho un personal trainer sempre a disposizione che mi controlla, mi spiega, mi insegna ma sopratutto che mi sa ascoltare, ed è sempre attento nel seguire eventuali problematiche fisiche. La palestra è ben attrezzata e pulita e i due insegnanti, Antonio e Simone, lavorano con il cuore e con l’anima per svolgere al meglio il proprio lavoro. Provare per credere. I found it in Bareggio, it's called "STRENGTH ACADEMY". Un bel gruppo affiatato, struttura accogliente e un coach che ti segue passo per passo, ti corregge e molto molto paziente. Una vera chicca insomma! It is not the usual gym. You immediately have the feeling of being at "home". A nice close-knit group, welcoming structure and a coach who follows you step by step, corrects you and very very patient. In short, a real gem!

Sicuramente non la classica palestra commerciale. Very well equipped gym, unique in the area for quality. It has calibrated discs, competition barbells, racks and very good benches. Rinforzando da subito i miei punti deboli, dopo un solo mese di allenamento sono giunta a dei risultati che non mi sarei mai aspettata. Alla Strenght Academy ci si sente a casa e si è circondati da buona compagnia, sempre pronta a motivarti! Gruppi ristretti, in modo da essere costantemente seguiti nell’esecuzione degli esercizi da un personal qualificato e sempre attento nel correggere la tecnica, creazione di schede mirate sulla base delle proprie esigenze ma soprattutto che portano a reali miglioramenti fisici (basta dire che Antonio, personal nonché proprietario, è riuscito a farmi innamorare di un esercizio per me fondamentale ma che avevo sempre evitato e odiato per anni). Attrezzatura nuova e ottima nonché in costante aggiornamento per soddisfare le richieste dei clienti, che qui vengono davvero ascoltate. La cosa più bella, però, è che alla Strenght Academy non conta che tu sia un agonista o un principiante, verrai seguito sempre con la stessa dedizione, attenzione e pazienza. Se proprio devo trovare una pecca… crea dipendenza!!! Fiera di far parte di questa famiglia! Gym that focuses on quality rather than quantity. New and excellent equipment as well as constantly updated to meet customer requests, which are really listened to here. The best thing, however, is that at the Strength Academy it doesn't matter whether you are an agonist or a beginner, you will always be followed with the same dedication, attention and patience. If I have to find a flaw ... it is addictive !!! Proud to be part of this family!
