Lavorare bene è un'altra cosa.
Ribadisco laddove non sia ancora chiaro,che si trattava di un regalo, e che quello di Stresa non era l'indirizzo di spedizione ma di fatturazione.
Servirebbero almeno delle scuse.
They got the shipping address wrong, they never responded to my complaints, I lost money and made a fool of who should have received the gift.
Working well is another thing.
I repeat where it is not yet clear, that it was a gift, and that Stresa was not the shipping address but the billing address.
At least an apology would be needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ho avuto una buona esperienza con lo store.Dopo aver fatto l'ordine e pagato, sono stata avvisata con una mail dell'avvenuta spedizione, senza comunicarmi il numero della lettera di vettura per seguirla.Ho scritte svariate mail e fatte tante telefonate ma non ho avuto nessuna risposta da parte loro. Dopo aver scritto una mail al foro ho avuto il numero della spedizione, intanto natale è passato e la consegna non è stata effettuata. Ho fatto una pessima figura con la persona che doveva ricevere il pacco. Mi dispiace ma non è così che si gestiscono i clienti, non è questo il modo di lavorare.
I did not have a good experience with the store.After I placed the order and paid, I was notified with an email that the shipment had been made, without communicating the number of the waybill to follow it.I wrote several emails and made many phone calls but I didn't get any response from them. After writing an email to the forum I got the number of the shipment, in the meantime Christmas has passed and the delivery has not been made. I made a bad impression on the person who was supposed to receive the package. I'm sorry but that's not how customers are managed, that's not the way to work.

Conoscevo i croccantini (torroncini ricoperti di cioccolato) che compravo nelle grandi stazioni FS, ma quest'anno non ho viaggiato per via del regime covid. Ho quindi optato per l'acquisto sul sito aziendale e mi sono trovato benissimo. Ho apprezzato tanto il fatto che ho trovato nel pacco un regalo, una busta con diversi cioccolatini di vario gusto. Conoscevo i prodotti Strega per la loro qualità eccelsa, ora conosco anche l'altrettanta eccelsa professionalità fuori da comune. Bravissimi, grazie
I bought for the first time on store.strega.it/ a week ago. I knew the croccantini (nougat covered with chocolate) that I bought in the big railway stations, but this year I didn't travel due to the covid regime. I therefore opted for the purchase on the company website and I had a great time. I really appreciated the fact that I found a gift in the package, a bag with different chocolates of various flavors. I knew the Strega products for their excellent quality, now I also know the equally excellent professionalism out of the ordinary. Very good, thanks
