Ho capelli ricci tagliati in questo salone un mesetto fa, innanzitutto avevo chiesto più volte che non mi fosse toccata di troppo la lunghezza, invece sono uscita dal salone con la metà della lunghezza iniziale. Il taglio "scalato" fa pietà e in più sono palesemente rovinati dal taglio stesso (in pratica erano meglio con le punte bruciate e rovinate). Mi dispiace che non riesco ad allegare una foto dimostrativa. Per quanto riguarda la lunghezza, sono sicura che non volesse tagliare tanto, é rimasto stupito lui stesso, i capelli ricci i parrucchieri non sanno per niente trattarli. Ma ad ogni modo, se non siete capaci, vi invito ad essere più sinceri con i clienti, invece che parlarmi di orrende tecniche alla cheratina per lisciarli. (ci sono persone a cui piacciono i propri capelli così come sono, ANCHE SE SONO RICCI). Consiglio a Marco, in futuro, di essere meno arrogante e magari farsi un corso e specializzarsi in tagli dei capelli ricci. I put a star because I can't put ZERO. I have curly hair cut in this salon a month ago, first of all I asked several times that I hadn't touched the length too much, instead I left the salon with half the initial length. The "scaled" cut is merciful and moreover they are clearly ruined by the cut itself (in practice they were better with burnt and ruined tips). I am sorry that I am unable to attach a demonstration photo. As for the length, I'm sure he didn't want to cut a lot, he was amazed himself, hairdressers don't know how to treat curly hair at all. But anyway, if you are not capable, I invite you to be more honest with clients, instead of talking to me about hideous keratin techniques to smooth them. (there are people who like their hair the way it is, EVEN IF IT IS CURLY). I advise Marco, in the future, to be less arrogant and maybe take a course and specialize in curly haircuts.
