Mi chiama il fattorino alle 23:40 Mi dice che era fuori casa.. Gli comunico che ho messo le 00:05 perché non c'ero prima..Lui mi dice che fa un altra consegna e torna da me..
Alle 00:25 chiamo per chiedere se era tutto ok.. Dato che mi aveva detto faccio una altra consegna e arrivava...Lui mi dice che era tutto ok ed era in arrivo

Ordine ricevuto alle 01:00.Con il cibo cotto alle 23:: congelato era dire poco Per lo più nenache scusa.

Ho ordinato un panino da loro l'altra sera:
Panino freddo, pane vecchio. La cipolla caramellata era un cucchiaino da caffè (vedere in foto), messa esattamente al centro sel panino, come se fosse un cetriolino del McDonald's. Due misere "fettine" di bacon - era un disastro. Non era di certo un panino da 8,50 euro.
Ho chiamato il ristorante e la persona che ha risposto al telefono in risposta alle mie lamentele, come per scaricarmi, mi ha passato il cuoco.... Il quale mi ha detto "beh ma mancava qualcosa nel panino? C'era tutto però" "Quanti cucchiaini di cipolla volevi?" ... Tono sfottente, mi sentivo presa in giro.
Poco professionale, da strafottenti.
Non riuscivo a trovare il ristorante su google, chissà come mai...
Il panino me lo hanno rimandato, ma non ho avuto il coraggio di mangiarlo... Dopo le risposte del cuoco, non mi fiderei a mangiare dalle sue mani

Cold sandwich, old bread. The caramelized onion was a teaspoon (see photo), placed exactly in the center of the sandwich, as if it were a McDonald's gherkin. Two meager "slices" of bacon - it was a disaster. It was certainly not an 8.50 euro sandwich.
I called the restaurant and the person who answered the phone in response to my complaints, as if to dump me, passed the cook to me .... who said "well was there something missing in the sandwich? There was everything though" "How many teaspoons of onion did you want?" ... Teasing tone, I felt teased.
Unprofessional, arrogant.
I couldn't find the restaurant on google, who knows why ...
