Contattata l'assistenza post vendita mi chiedono di inviare video del caffè al loro tecnico per valutare, come se dipendesse da qualcosa durante la procedura, ricordo che l'erogazione del caffè con il sistema lavazza a modo mio è completamente automatica, la verità è queste cialde fanno assolutamente schifo, invito a non acquistare assolutamente.
