Locale che fonda solidamente le sue radici sul “green”: gli arredi sono in pieno stile giunglesco e la proposta culinaria orientata alla sostenibilità del prodotto (da qui la scelta di StrEat = Streat + Eat). Il menù è molto variegato ma noi ci siamo fatti rapire dai sapori del POLPO ROLL (polpo cotto, patate e salsa al peperone) e SALMON ROLL (salmone e mango, all’esterno salmone marinato, olio di sesamo, mayo, cipollotto e ikura), a dir poco sensazionali. Particolarmente apprezzata anche l’attenzione verso il cliente e la graziosa sacchetta da spalla in omaggio per ogni minimo di spesa o qualora condivideste la cena nelle stories instagram! Ho provato la tartare di ricciola, freschissima, e dei crispy nuts roll, deliziosi. Unica difficoltà, la mia, nei confronti di un'offerta cui non sono abituato. Checché se ne dica, il menù con le foto aiuta ancora molto, e ne ho sentito la mancanza per alcune porzioni, come i roll da 8, decisamente sovradimensionate, almeno per come sono abituato (2). Una nota di merito al ristoratore, gentilissimo, che ha fatto di tutto e di più per mettermi a mio agio con una porzione custom. Ha comunque tutte le potenzialità per diventare uno dei posti dove tornare ciclicamente. Prezzi in linea con la qualità. Mai scelta fu più azzeccata!! ? Cucina a vista, sushi strepitoso e accoglienza fantastica. Fanno degli abbinamenti originali e veramente gustosi, inoltre la presentazione dei piatti è sempre curata con attenzione. Il menu è alla carta ma non ricordiamo di essere mai stati così sazi uscendo da uno all you can eat ! Grazie per la bella serata !!!
