 Endless delays, made fun of by the local who continually ensured that the rider had left but it was not so, food arrived cold. Bad experience.

Ogni 30 minuti dicevano che il corriere era partito ma non era vero. Ridicoli.

3 hours delay in the delivery of the order, products arrived cold.
Every 30 minutes they said the courier had left but it wasn't true. Ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo ordinato delle pizze e un kebab da portare a casa. Il ragazzo è arrivato in orario, ma senza il kebab. La cosa buffa, però, è che il kebab era la prima cosa scritta sullo scontrino e che avremmo pure pagato se non ce ne fossimo accorti in tempo. Deludente per essere un posto che di base fa questo.
We ordered some pizzas and a kebab to take home. The boy arrived on time, but without the kebab. The funny thing, however, is that the kebab was the first thing written on the receipt and that we would have paid if we hadn't noticed in time. Disappointing for being a basic place that does this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo mezz'ora di ritardo rispetto ai tempi di consegna (sono molto paziente soprattutto quando ordinò di Sabato) chiamo il locale che mi dice che il rider è già fuori per la mia consegna.
Aspetto altri 20 minuti senza ricevere nulla, richiamo e mi dicono che il rider è rimasto senza benzina (paradossale dato che un rider che consegna dovrebbe uscire con la benzina fatta) e avrebbero consegnato a breve, passano altri dieci minuti e richiamo e mi dicono che è già stato consegnato al mio indirizzo , cosa non vera dato che non avevo ricevuto nulla e mi dicono di richiamarli dopo altri dieci minuti in modo tale da contattare il rider e darmi notizie.
Aspetto, li richiamo per ben tre volte e non rispondono più al mio cellulare.
Professionalità pari a zero.
PS: Il rider è personale del locale quindi zero scuse.
After half an hour of delay with respect to delivery times (I am very patient especially when ordered on a Saturday) I call the place and they tell me that the rider is already out for my delivery.
I wait another 20 minutes without receiving anything, I recall and they tell me that the rider has run out of petrol (paradoxical given that a rider who delivers should go out with petrol done) and they would have delivered shortly, another ten minutes pass and I recall and they tell me that it has already been delivered to my address, which is not true since I had not received anything and they tell me to call them back after another ten minutes in order to contact the rider and give me news.
I wait, I call them three times and they no longer answer my cell phone.
Professionalism equal to zero.
PS: The rider is local staff so no apologies.

Ordiniamo spesso e abbiamo provato un po’ tutto, siamo contentissimi di aver trovato finalmente il nostro locale!! Consigliatissimo ?
When you are undecided about what to eat in this place you have a huge choice of excellent products! From sandwiches, to burgers, to pizza and the best thing ever the kebab ?!
We order often and have tried a little bit of everything, we are delighted to have finally found our place !! Highly recommended ?
