★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho accompagnato le mie figlie per l'acquisto di alcuni capi, ormai in molti conoscono lo stile di questa catena legata al brand Zara. Ciò che voglio segnalare e che mi ha colpito profondamente, tanto da volerlo raccontare è la passione che ho trovato in una commessa, oltre che gentile è stata professionale e disponibile a fornire informazioni sui capi presentandoli come se ci fossimo trovati in una grande boutique! Spero di ricordare il nome, Valentina, sarebbe auspicabile che in una grande catena si potesse mettere al centro la persona e non solo i numeri (che ne sono diretta conseguenza) premiando chi come questa ragazza è riuscita dietro alla sua mascherina a svolgere la sua routine trasformandola in un'esperienza di acquisto straordinaria.

What I want to point out and that impressed me deeply, so much so that I want to tell you about it is the passion that I found in a saleswoman, as well as being kind, she was professional and available to provide information on the clothes, presenting them as if we had found ourselves in a large boutique! I hope to remember the name, Valentina, it would be desirable that in a large chain you could put the person and not just the numbers at the center (which are a direct consequence) rewarding those who, like this girl, managed to carry out their routine behind their mask turning it into an extraordinary shopping experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da quando è iniziata l'emergenza Covid i camerini sono spesso chiusi ( o forse sono io sfortunato a recarmi in negozio quando sono chiusi) quindi difficilmente si riesce ad acquistare dell'abbigliamento.
