Storica Farmacia del Benaco

Wir haben uns per Whatzapp einen Corona Test Termin gesichert. Es war schnell, unkompliziert und nicht so teuer (26€ pro Person). Freundliches Personal war es obendrein!

Personale gentilissimo, preparato e disponibile; farmacia fornita, e, se manca un medicinale, evento cmq raro, viene procurato in brevissimo tempo e si viene avvisati personalmente o via SMS...La mia farmacia!

Mia suocera (82 anni) è andata in farmacia per farsi stampare green pass... si sono rifiutati di stamparlo... e di persone che non hanno potuto averlo ne ho sentite molte... ma è una cosa normale???

Lasciate perdere la cortesia di quella farmacia... il dottore dai capelli bianchi dovrebbe stare con gli animali,non con le persone

Rispondere al telefono per loro è in optional, dopo decine di chiamate non rispondono mai… che vergogna !!! P.S. Dopo aver letto la vostra risposta, sono sempre più indignato perché affermate di non rispondere al telefono per vari motivi però il tempo per rispondere alle recensioni lo trovate… allucinante…

You got alot of choice of different products

Staff very unpleasant not all but the majority. Not personal at all.

Bad experience! Our friendly holiday-resort manager made an appointment for my pregnant wife who had to take a covid-test before leaving to the Netherlands. The appointment was made (and confirmed!) 3 days before departure. We arrived 10 minutes in advance but 30 minutes after the scheduled time no one opened the door to the testing area (my wife had to wait outside a closed door until she was called in). I went inside the pharmacy with my wife's passport to ask for help and took a number. After my number and desk appeared on screen the lady at desk ignored me, continued typing on her pc and put the next number on screen and helped an (Italian) mister very friendly and swiftly. Flabbergasted of this blunt ignorance i walked to her colleague and asked to our test-appointment. He only replied: 'today?' and went on talking Italian to his colleague. He waved me to go outside the pharmacy without any words. So, we waited another 15 minutes outside with my wife and our 3 year old daughter. Nothing happened: I called the resort-manager and she was not amused. After she called the pharmacy three times they finally opened the door and helped my 24 weeks pregnant wife after 1,5 hours of waiting on the sidewalk before our departure to the Netherlands. They didn't gave us an excuses, a friendly word or whatever. The payment wasn't forgotten of course.. It seemes to me like this pharmacy offers a service unless you are a foreign tourist.. disrespectfull.
