Se è così spero che la farmacia mi restituisca il denaro che ho speso fidandomi delle loro indicazioni. Non finirà qui. Esiste sempre la polizia postale. Nonostante ci sia una legge in gazzetta ufficiale da settembre 2021 che dice che il costo per i minorenni è di 8€. Chiedo è legale?? Il personale è molto gentile ed efficiente. È possibile fare tamponi Covid nello stand subito fuori la farmacia, anche questo servizio è rapido. A real pharmaceutical supermarket where you can find practically everything. The service is quick as there are always at least 2-3 cashiers open to pay. The staff are very polite and efficient. It is possible to make Covid swabs in the stand just outside the pharmacy, this service is also fast.

Avevo la febbre e la prenotazione. Mi ha fatto fare il tampone dopo quasi un ora dalla prenotazione, fuori, con il brutto tempo e, a una mia semplice domanda (dopo quasi un ora.....) si è permesso di attaccarmi malamente. Ovvio che non andrò più, ma non tenete questo tipo di persone a contatto con gli utenti, con i clienti. Grazie. Attendo altri giorni inviando un'ulteriore email, anche questa senza riscontro. Il numero whatsapp, al quale scrivo, è staccato e senza connessioni da circa dieci giorni; al numero di telefono non risponde nessuno. Ho richiesto un rimborso a Paypal, avendo fortunatamente pagato con quel metodo. PESSIMI. Mai avuto una simile esperienza con nessuna farmacia online. I placed an order on the e-store site of this pharmacy. After days of waiting I write an email to get news. No reply. I await other days by sending another email, this too without reply. The whatsapp number, to which I am writing, has been disconnected and without connections for about ten days; no one answers the phone number. I requested a refund from Paypal, luckily having paid with that method. BAD. Never had such an experience with any online pharmacy.

Inizialmente il corriere aveva perso il mio pacco ma l'assistenza clienti della farmacia ha subito risolto rispedendomi nuovamente il prodotto che ho ricevuto in un solo giorno! Sono molto soddisfatta e sicuramente acquisterò nuovamente da loro. I bought at this pharmacy through Amazon and had a great time. Their prices are very competitive. Initially the courier had lost my package but the pharmacy's customer service immediately resolved by returning the product I received back to me in just one day! I am very satisfied and will definitely buy from them again.
