In fase di montaggio i montatori sono stati molto sbrigativi è poco professionali ! Sconsiglio LUBE . Non fatevi fregare quando vi dicono di firmare il giorno stesso altrimenti lo sconto non può più essere fatto , è solo una tecnica di vendita non da aziende serie ! Ma chi vi regala metà cucina ? Mail e telefono senza risposta. Consiglio vivamente di leggere il contratto con molta molta attenzione e verificare la corrispondenza fra le parole dette dal venditore e quelle scritte. Consiglio di chiedere la stampata dei prezzi originali e quelli scontati. A distanza di mesi e mesi io non sono ancora riuscita ad averla. Se la promozione fosse stata vera non avrebbero avuto problemi a fornirmi listino e listino scontato. Giusto? I montatori sono stati fantastici: hanno rimediato al progetto e successivamente ai diversi problemi sorti, tuttavia si è dovuto tenere il colore non richiesto per evitare discussioni e tempi troppo lunghi. Qualche mese dopo abbiamo avuto un problema con una maniglia ma ci è stata sostituita. Fa male in quanto il prodotto è ottimo, molto conveniente quando ci sono offerte del 50% di sconto, ma - consiglio - andate a discutere con un registratore. Ancora irrisolti i problema ai cesti ribalta contenuto, differenza cromatica tra i due top, un angolare montato argento al posto che bianco, quando chiudo la lavastoviglie si apre l'anta del pensile affianco... Mai più Lube, mi hanno anche ritardato il trasloco di TRE mesi! Chapeau Edit dopo la risposta del proprietario: è una recensione a "Store Gruppo Lube CONEGLIANO", il mio nome è scritto qui sopra... cosa c'è di difficile? Vi ho scritto e chiamato mille volte, non c'è assolutamente l'intenzione di risolvere il problema ma se per caso vi venisse la voglia... avete tutto, dal numero di telefono all'iban. Basta leggere il nome e cognome qui sopra. M	Marco Toma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo super contenti di aver scelto lube/creo. Zeudi è stata super disponibile e insieme abbiamo progettato la cucina che desideravamo (jey feel). Tempistiche concordate e rispettate: dovevamo sostituire la vecchia cucina, ma di mezzo c’erano parecchi lavori: abbattimento di un muro, ricollocamento della caldaia all’esterno.. Era quindi fondamentale il rispetto dei tempi e non possiamo di certo lamentarci. Momento di panico quando è arrivata la cucina e per 2cm non stava dentro! I montatori però si sono dimostrati all’altezza e tagliando una fascetta angolare hanno fatto il miracolo. Unico appunto: dobbiamo spartirci la colpa dei 2cm che mancavano: 1cm è stato “mangiato” con i lavori e le malte fatte dopo aver comunicato le misure, ma l’altro centimetro è causato dai mobili che non sono della lunghezza esatta (es. un pensile da 70cm non fa 700mm ma 702-703mm).. questo porta inevitabilmente, arrivati in fondo, ad avere 1cm in più. Se posso consigliare i futuri clienti, 1) Assicuratevi di riprendere nuovamente le misure se fate dei lavori 2) Tenetevi un margine sul totale perché appunto può essere che i mobili/pensili siano 2-3mm più grandi Esperienza comunque ottima, siamo super soddisfatti! We are super happy we chose lube / creo. Zeudi was super helpful and together we designed the kitchen we wanted (jey feel). Agreed and respected timelines: we had to replace the old kitchen, but there was a lot of work involved: demolishing a wall, relocating the boiler outside .. It was therefore essential to respect the times and we certainly cannot complain. Moment of panic when the kitchen arrived and for 2cm it was not inside! However, the fitters proved to be up to the task and cutting a corner clamp did the miracle. Only note: we must share the blame for the 2cm that were missing: 1cm was "eaten" with the works and mortars made after communicating the measurements, but the other centimeter is caused by the furniture that is not the exact length (eg a 70cm wall unit is not 700mm but 702-703mm) .. this inevitably leads to 1cm more when you get to the bottom. If I can advise future clients, 1) Be sure to take measurements again if you do any work 2) Keep a margin on the total because it may be that the furniture / wall units are 2-3mm larger Still great experience, we are super satisfied!
