★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bravissimi con le influencer, totalmente incapaci a gestire la vendita diretta in negozio. Assistenza alla clientela pressoché assente, gentilezza questa sconosciuta. Talmente sicuri di sé che ti prendono per pazz* se osi muovere una critica rispetto alle loro scarpe. L'atteggiamento di quello che immagino sia il proprietario del negozio da asilo nido.
Esperienza da NON ripetere. Peccato, perché il prodotto è sicuramente particolare.
 Very good with influencers, totally unable to manage direct sales in the store. Almost no customer assistance, this unknown kindness. So sure of themselves that they take you for crazy * if you dare to criticize their shoes. The attitude of what I imagine the owner of the daycare shop is.
Experience NOT to be repeated. Too bad, because the product is certainly particular.

Dopo 6 giorni dalla loro risposta qua sotto non ho ancora ricevuto alcun rimborso e neanche una email che lo confermasse.

Darei 0 stelle se fosse possibile.
Ordinato un paio di scarpe, mi scrivono che per un errore tecnico il numero che ho preso era in realtà sold out ma non lo mostrava. Chiedo dunque un rimborso che non è ancora avvenuto. Non rispondono a nessuna e-mail e i telefoni penso siano inesistenti dato che mi da errore. Da evitare totalmente.

After 6 days from their response below I have not yet received any refund and not even an email confirming it.

I would give 0 stars if it was possible.
Ordered a pair of shoes, they write to me that due to a technical error the number I got was actually sold out but did not show it. I therefore ask for a refund which has not yet taken place. They don't reply to any emails and the phones I think are non-existent as it gives me an error. To be avoided totally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Ho acquistato, in preordine, delle scarpe in data 13/01/22 che sarebbero state disponibili il 21/01/22 per la spedizione (pagata 8€).
A oggi, 12/02/2022, nessun pacco risulta essere stato spedito.
Dall’ ultima e unica conversazione con il servizio clienti (nome meno adeguato non potrebbe esserci) sono passati altri 11 giorni e, a detta Loro, le scarpe sarebbero state spedite in questa settimana ormai passata. Ho pazientemente aspettato l’arrivo del we e ancora nessuna traccia di spedizione. Si limitano a modificare e, quindi, posticipare le date di disponibilitá della merce e basta. Nel mio caso, infatti, dal 21/01/2022, si è passati al 04/02/2022 per poi finire all’11/02/2022. Mentre prenderó e chiederó i giusti provvedimenti per tutelare me, al fine di tutelare gli altri sconsiglio l’acquisto presso questo rivenditore.

Bad experience. I purchased, in pre-order, some shoes on 01/13/22 that would be available on 01/21/22 for shipping (paid € 8).
As of today, 12/02/2022, no packages have been sent.
Another 11 days have passed since the last and only conversation with customer service (there could be no less appropriate name) and, according to them, the shoes would have been shipped this past week. I have patiently waited for the arrival of the we and still no trace of the shipment. They just change and, therefore, postpone the dates of availability of the goods and that's it. In my case, in fact, from 01/21/2022, we moved on to 02/04/2022 and then ended on 02/11/2022. While I will take and ask for the right measures to protect myself, in order to protect others, I do not recommend buying from this dealer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato sul sito un paio di stivali che per arrivare ci hanno messo DUE mesi, non so cosa sia successo di certo l’artigiano non si è messo a costruirle per me.
Dall’email del servizio clienti sono stati tutto sommato gentili (sicuramente non efficienti) e dopo un po’ di email e due mesi di attesa sono arrivati i miei stivali.
Molto belli però boh li ho pagati a prezzo pieno e 8 euro di spedizione rapida (rapidissima pensa se non la pagavo) e nel frattempo che aspettavo ci sono stati i saldi e il prezzo è sceso molto mi sono sentita fregata.

I ordered a pair of boots on the site that took TWO months to arrive, I don't know what happened, certainly the craftsman didn't start building them for me.
From the customer service email they were all in all kind (certainly not efficient) and after a few emails and two months of waiting my boots arrived.
Very beautiful, however, boh I paid for them at full price and 8 euros for fast shipping (very fast, think if I didn't pay for it) and in the meantime, I was waiting for the sales and the price dropped a lot, I felt screwed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended, very bad experience with rude staff! I was trying 5 pairs of shoes and thinking which ones to buy. And the staff stopped me from trying and commanded me only to try one pair next time. I felt insulted and offended. Ended up not buying anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice shoes, but the worst customer service worldwide I' ve met . Ordered 2 pairs on 23.9.21, the one of them was on preorder and it was supposed to be delivered on October 22th. Till now, 2,5 months after the order was placed and paid , nothing at all has been sent to me and the customer service is really disappeared. No answer to any of my emails, no updating. Wouldn't recommend to shop from them, their behavior to the customer is really irritating and indifferent and rude. I don't even know if I will ever get the order in the end and you cant come in touch with them at all.
