★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scoperto per caso, il pollo allo spiedo è ottimo preferibile prenotarlo basta una telefonata. Ottimo anche lo stinco di maiale brasato, le Chips fatte al momento croccanti e calde sono buonissime.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considerando che prima servivano un pollo eccezionale; credo che sia da un po’ di tempo che spruzzano i polli in cottura per non farli seccare; non può esserci errore più grave, il pollo risulta come bollito all’interno, e insapore perché così facendo non si caramellizano gli zuccheri all’interno; spero ritornino sul metodo di cottura precedente
