★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questo piccolo negozietto vende oggetti artigianali tipici, come ceramiche ma soprattutto intarsi di legni pregiati. La scelta è molto vasta e troverete prodotti per tutte le tasche. Purtroppo non sono riuscita ad acquistare in loco in quanto avevo poco tempo, ma il titolare - gentilissimo - mi ha informato circa la possibilità di acquistare online tramite il sito web e infatti così ho fatto. Inutile dire che gli intarsi sono tutti fatti a mano dai due fratelli titolari e sono una della produzioni tipiche di Sorrento.
This small shop sells typical handicrafts, such as ceramics but above all inlays of precious woods. The choice is very wide and you will find products for all budgets. Unfortunately I was unable to buy locally as I had little time, but the owner - very kind - informed me about the possibility of buying online through the website and in fact I did. Needless to say, the inlays are all handmade by the two owners brothers and are one of the typical productions of Sorrento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the last day of our vacation in Sorrento, we purchased several beautiful ceramic items from this lovely store. The proprietor agreed to build a shipping crate, packed with styrofoam, and send them to us in New York.
We are still awaiting receipt of the full shipment, but look forward to enjoying them in our home, very soon. (When the ceramics arrive, we will post a more-complete review.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was struck by the beauty of the craftsmanship of the boxes at Stinga Tarsia. This is the only place in Sorrento that you can buy directly from the artist. The quality is the very best. For this family, the work is a passion. The only problem you will have is deciding which piece to buy. Whichever one you get, you will have an heirloom that will last for generations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I LOVE LOVE LOVE this shop. I first came across it when I visited Sorrento and bought a jewellery box from there. When my mum and dad visited the Sorrento a couple of years ago, I asked them to visit the shop, and they bought for me a box from there too.
I am so happy that I found them online and on Facebook, and Roberto is always very helpful, and is very patient to show me everything. I bought another box for myself and for my daughter (she will have something precious to keep forever!!).
I cannot wait to add more items from Stinga Tarsia to my collection.
If I could give more than 5 stars in this review, I would!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this store on my only trip to Italy a few years ago. I LOVED the store, the craftsmanship is impeccable, the prices are absolutely reasonable, and the people in the shop were quite friendly. I bought a music box which has held up perfectly, and my family has bought from them before! We have an old music box that my great-aunt bought from this very store decades ago. It’s just an amazing store, everything is well-made and stands the test of time, and I can absolutely say that if I ever go back to Sorrento I will visit this store again.
