Avevo chiesto una frangia lunga scalata e me l’ha tagliata velocemente corta e para ( prendendo anche una grande ciocca di capelli quindi la situazione non si maschera facilmente) in più quando mi hanno fatto la piega la ragazza mi ha strappato con la spazzola davvero molti capelli. Quando sono andata a parlarci per fargli vedere il danno il titolare mi ha risposto che già li avevo così quando ero arrivata. Cosa non vera perchè li avevo tutti pari, lunghi e sani!
