Attraverso una speciale consulenza fatta di qualche domanda di stile ho espresso i miei desideri riguardo al taglio e al risultato che mi aspettavo, et voilà! capelli fantastici, taglio corposo, rispetto per il mio stile ed i miei desideri. Well here you are in the right salon. Saturday I was to cut my hair and I was greeted by big smiles, pampered from the first moment. Through a special consultation made of some style questions I expressed my wishes regarding the cut and the result that I expected, et voila! fantastic hair, full-bodied cut, respect for my style and my desires. My already high expectations have been exceeded big❤️. Thanks Fabiana and your staff!

Devo ammettere che loro si sono distinte. Hanno confermato ciò che era stato il mio pensiero già solamente spulciando la loro pagina Instagram. Ho percepito sin da subito che a loro piace questo lavoro, che non lo fanno solo per professione ma per passione; passione che provano a trasmettere anche al cliente sostenendolo dapprima con la consulenza gratuita, durante con le varie coccole, le poltrone massaggianti, i sorrisi e i trattamenti, e dopo rimanendo a disposizione. Ho molto apprezzato il fatto che passo per passo al cliente viene spiegato cosa si sta per fare e perché lo si fa. Anche nel periodo di chiusura ho visto che non hanno mai abbandonato le clienti ma erano sempre pronte con nuovi tutorial e suggerimenti. Nel caso specifico, mi sono recata da loro disperata ma mi hanno subito convinta e tranquillizzata; hanno recuperato la mia chioma dandole di nuovo corposità e lucentezza. Hanno realizzato proprio tutto quello che avevo in mente e soprattutto hanno azzeccato perfettamente il mio colore naturale. Sono proprio soddisfatta e credo di aver trovato il mio salone a Ronchi. Da StilAmour si percepisce quindi grande professionalità, amore, passione, buon umore e accoglienza, il tutto senza forzature o sgradevole insistenza. I must admit that they have distinguished themselves. They confirmed what my thought had been already just by sifting through their Instagram page. I immediately perceived that they like this job, that they do it not only for profession but for passion; passion that they also try to convey to the customer by supporting him first with free advice, during the various pampering, massage chairs, smiles and treatments, and then by remaining available. I very much appreciated the fact that step by step the customer is explained what is going to be done and why it is being done. Even during the closing period I saw that they never abandoned their customers but were always ready with new tutorials and tips. In this specific case, I went to them desperate but they immediately convinced and reassured me; they recovered my hair giving it new body and shine. They accomplished everything I had in mind and above all they hit my natural color perfectly. I am really satisfied and I think I have found my salon in Ronchi. From StilAmour you can therefore perceive great professionalism, love, passion, good humor and hospitality, all without forcing or unpleasant insistence.
